TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In order to guarantee the delivery of the service, payment must be made prior to commencement of the service by bank transfer with proof detailing the relevant invoice and account number faxed through to our offices.

CANCELLATION

Written Cancellation will be accepted two weeks (14 days) prior to a course date. A 10% course fee will be incurred. If the same cancellation is made twice, any course fees paid will be non exchangeable.

POSPONEMENTS

Postponements will be accepted in writing, if made before the cancellation clause comes into effect. However, it should be noted that Dynamic Growth Training will only accept one postponement per delegate per programme.

For cancellations made less than ONE WEEK (7 days) prior to a course taking place, the FULL COURSE FEE will be liable.

Dynamic Growth Training reserves the right to recall or refuse the service in the event of non payment.
